ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the fourth respondent has already issued show cause notice against the fifth respondent. It is stated after receiving his explanation, enquiry will be conducted in the petitioner's complaint and final order also will be passed. The entire exercise will be completed within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
