This petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the 2nd respondent in Cr.No.79 of 2015, to the file of the 3rd respondent or any other competent agency.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted in Crime No.79 of 2015 and closed as 'action dropped' and RC notice has also been served to the petitioner.
