ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/accused, prays for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for the offences punishable under Sections 302 IPC altered into Sections 449, 302, 380 and 201 IPC in Crime No.9 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused committed murder of the mother of the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and on the basis of confession statement given by accused No.1, he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits the counteraffidavit filed by the Investigating Officer and stating that due to dispute between the accused and defacto complainant's mother, the petitioner along with other accused committed murder of the deceased.

5.Considering the rival submissions made on either side, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition shall stands dismissed.
