ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 23.01.2018.

2.According to the petitioner, the complaint has been made before the respondent police on 23.01.2018, but no action has been taken to register the complaint of the petitioner so far, hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner's complaint was referred to the Social Welfare Officer, Nagercoil and the same is pending with the officer and only after receiving the report from the Social Welfare Officer, Nagercoil, further action will be taken by the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In the light of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in future, if so advised.
