PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 397 r/w Section 401 and r/w Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records of the learned IIIAdditional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli in C.A.No.103 of 2015, dated 11.12.2017, confirming the conviction and sentence of imprisonment by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor in C.C.No.254 of 2014, dated 13.08.2015 and set aside the same. ORDER

The Petitioner has come up with this Criminal Revision Petition, to call for the records of the learned III-Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli in C.A.No.103 of 2015, dated 11.12.2017, confirming the conviction and sentence of imprisonment by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor in C.C.No.254 of 2014, dated 13.08.2015 and to set aside the same.

2. Heard Mr.C.Susi Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Niresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Earlier, this Court, by an order dated 19.06.2018, referred this matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre for settlement.

4. Today, i.e., 04.07.2018, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and a report is filed to that effect.

5. A perusal of the said report would reveals that both petitioner and the respondent signed before the Mediator and the learned counsel for both sides also counter-signed in the memo. A Joint Memo has also been filed to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Recording the above said report, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed. The said Report, dated 28.06.2018 shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
