ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 468, 471 and 420 IPC in Crime No.51 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. This is second anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner and the first petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3363 of 2016 was dismissed on 24.03.2016. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner collected a huge amount to the tune of Rs.4 lakhs from poor people on promise of getting patta and thereafter, he neither got the patta nor returned the money.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are no serious allegations against this petitioner, inasmuch as the petitioner has acted as only middleman between Dharbarraja and the defacto complainant.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that apart from this case, there are two cases in Crime Nos.473 of 2014 and DCB Crime No.45 of 2014 for similar offences pending against the petitioner.

6. Taking into consideration the serious nature of allegations in the FIR and the fact that the petitioner has involved in two other cases, this Court is of the view that there is no change in circumstances, warranting interference by this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.
