ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and to take appropriate action on the basis of the representation, dated 19.03.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had registered a CSR and the same has been closed on 25.03.2022.

3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
