This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2023 and grant permission to conduct one day Propaganda March on 18.03.2023 between Udangudi to Kayalpattinam at Thooothukudi District.

2. Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/5

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the writ petitioner's representation was rejected by the second respondent vide order dated 14.03.2023.

4. Since the petitioner's representation was rejected, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. The second respondent is directed to serve the copy of the rejection order dated 14.03.2023 to the petitioner.
