ORDER

The petitioner's claim that he is cultivating the land in question and in order to forcibly evict him at the instance of the third respondent, the second respondent is harassing him. 2.It appears that some exparte order has been obtained against the petitioner. Be that as it may, since the case appears to be having a civil profile, the third respondent will have to work out his rights against the petitioner only in the manner known to law. It is not for the second respondent to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. If any cognizable offence is made out, then of-course, the second respondent can register an FIR. In that event, the second respondent will notify the petitioner, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the appropriate Court for appropriate relief. If the second respondent wants to enquire the petitioner, the second respondent will summon the petitioner only in writing and not orally.
