ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner's land was acquired. Compensation was also paid. But the petitioner is not satisfied with the same. He seeks enhancement. The petitioner had already submitted an application to the District Collector, Ramanathapuram seeking reference under Section 64 of the Central Act 30 of 2013. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, reference has not been made.

3. The first respondent is directed to make reference as stipulated in the statute within a period of six weeks. The authority to whom the reference shall be made shall pass award under Section 69 of the Act within a period of six months after the reference is made.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
