ORDER

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the detention order passed in No.37/BCDFGISSSV/2015 dated 09.03.2015 by the detaining authority who has been arrayed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as second respondent herein against the detenu by name Karikalan S/o.Raju and quash the same and thereby set him at liberty forthwith.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the concerned detention order has been revoked and this Court has perused the same. Since the detention order in question has been revoked, this petition has become infructuous.

3. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismsisal and accordingly is dismissed.
