Ft. comprised in Survey No.1128/2 at Melmangalam Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District and also his life and limb and for other reliefs on the basis of his representation dated 06.03.2017.

It is the case of the petitioner that he along with his friend Gurusamy has purchased the land measuring 2726 square feet in Melmangalam Village and that when he wanted to fence the land, Narayanan, the third respondent is preventing him and, therefore, the petitioner gave a representation dated 06.03.2017 to the respondent police seeking police protection and as no action was taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first and second respondents.

3. In the considered opinion of this Court, a direction of this nature cannot be issued under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. But, however, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint dated 06.03.2017 given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner has been summoned to appear before the second respondent police on 04.04.2017. Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police, in connection with his complaint dated 06.03.2017. The second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry by calling the third respondent also and take action in accordance with law.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
