ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.01.2018 and consequently, direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any one of the job in Dindigul District within a specified time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that his father Somasundaram was working as a Secretary in A.Vellodu Village, Narasingapurm Primary Co-operative bank and he died on 09.12.1995, while he was in service.

Hence, the petitioner submitted several https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representations and finally on 19.01.2018 seeking compassionate appointment. Since no action is forthcoming, the petitioner is before this Court by filing this writ petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

5. Considering the nature of the prayer as sought for by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, if there are no other legal impediments, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
