ORDER

The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the first respondent at the instance of the second respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the second respondent had earlier given a complaint against the petitioners and that the petitioners are pressurizing the second respondent to withdraw the said complaint. This had lead to lodging of a second complaint by the second respondent. 3.The petitioner's counsel would however state that there is a strong political dispute between the petitioners on the one hand and the second respondent on the other. He would further state that the second petitioner herein is in love with the daughter of the second respondent and in order to secure an undertaking from the petitioners herein, the first respondent herein is harassing them. 4.I am of the view that interest of justice will be served by issuing the following directions:- (i) The first respondent will issue summons in writing, if he wants to enquire the petitioners. There cannot be any oral summon for attending enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5545 of 2020 petitioners herein, the first respondent will notify the petitioners about the same, so that, the petitioners will have adequate breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

5.With this directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
