Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No. 19906 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that in pursuance of direction given by this Court in WP(MD)No.19906 of 2022, enquiry has been conducted. Both sides appeared and agreed to work out their remedy before the Civil Court. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication.
