This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.04.2018 in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.M.Subash Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Prabhu Ramachandran, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired and the enquiry reveals that it is a false complaint made by the petitioner. Therefore, the said complaint was closed.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner disputed the aforesaid fact and hence, he seeks liberty to approach the competent Court to seek his remedy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In the light of the statement made by the learned Government
