The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the order passed in M.C.O.P.No.113 of 2011, dated 26.08.2020 on the file of the MACT(Chief Judicial Magistrate Court) Pudukottai.

It is seen from the records that the respondent was reported dead on 25.03.2026 and at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter was posted to 10.04.2026 for taking steps and thereafter, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, adjourned to 29.04.2026 finally. When the matter was taken up on 29.04.2026, this Court, considering the request made by the learned counsel for the appellant, posted to 02.06.2026. ie., today as finally or else further orders will be passed. The appellant has not chosen to take steps, till now.
