Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JERIN MATHEW.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.436 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.

6387 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9757 of 2021 dated 12.01.2022. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.04.2022, the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Advocates Welfare Fund. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.4437 of 2022 3.In pursuance of the same, the petitioners have paid the cost of Rs.2,000/- as ordered by this Court and also filed a copy of the cost memo to that effect.

4.Considering the above, this petition is allowed and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
