J U D G M E N T

(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) We declined to grant relief to the review applicant only for the reason that she had taken one stand before the remand Magistrate and another stand in the writ proceedings. We had not even gone into the merits of the matter as far as the review applicant is concerned.

2. The learned counsel for the review applicant states that the dismissal of her writ appeal may operate against her in the disciplinary proceedings.

3. We clarify that the disciplinary authority / appellate authority will be at liberty to take an independent view of the matter without being influenced by any of the observations made either by the learned single Judge or by us in this writ appeal. All the contentions of the review applicant before the disciplinary authority / appellate authority are left open. This review application is disposed of. No costs.
