ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to issue look out Circular against the petitioner's husband in Crime No.174 of 2014 and to secure his presence in order to conduct fair investigation and trial.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would submit that the Look Out Circular was already issued on 19.05.2016.
