ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name M.Jeyanthi, wife of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is not present, whereas his counsel is present.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Pattiveeranpatti Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been enquired about her whereabouts and she stated that she is working in a Mill which situates at Thiruppur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this petition is liable to be dismissed.
