ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent to trace out and produce the detenu by name Vaitheeswari, aged 16 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and she has been identified by her counsel.

3. The first respondent viz., Inspector of Police, B1, Melur Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner and she expressed her stand that she is willing to go with the petitioner/her mother.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
