ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 13.04.2018.

2. Heard Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Prabhu Ramachandran, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a complaint on 13.04.2018 regarding to the land dispute between the petitioner and the proposed accused. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner filed this Criminal Original Petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that since the petitioner did not co-operate for the enquiry, the complaint was closed.

5. In the light of the statement made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the concerned competent Court, if he is so advised.
