O R D E R

The Writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking direction to the respondents/Tahsildar and Head Surveyor of Thirupathur, Sivagangai District to survey the land in S.No. 144/27, 48 Vaiyagalathur group, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District, with help of the FMB admeasuring 0.01.0 Hectares and mark boundaries. The petitioner had given an application on 12.10.2022 and paid necessary charges. 2.It is further stated by the petitioner that the possession of the petitioner was disturbed by his neighbour, Ravi Chandran, S/o.Manickavasagam and the sister of Ravi Chandran. For that purpose, the writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to measure the land. 3.Heard, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.

4.The first and second respondent must issue notice to the petitioner and more importantly to his neighbour Ravi Chandran, S/o.Manickavasagam and also the sister of Ravi Chandran and conduct survey the land of the petitioner. The respondent may also examine the nature of dispute among the parties and take a decision, in accordance with law. The entire exercise should be completed, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / issuance of notice to the Ravi Chandran and sister of Ravi Chandran.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
