This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner at the instance of Kartheeswari and Danushkodi.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased a lorry from one Kartheeswari, who is the complainant, in the year 2014 and he was paying monthly installments as per the undertaking, but the respondent is now compelling the petitioner to pay the entire amount to the financier.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner appeared for enquiry before the respondent police on 22.08.2016 and paid one monthly installment of Rs.49,000/- and agreed to pay the remaining due on or before 10.09.2016. But instead of paying the amount, he has filed this present application with false averments. It is further submitted that the respondent police has not harassed the petitioner.
