ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondents No.2 to 3 to not to harass the Petitioner and his family members without any legally sustainable complaint within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that several cases were registered against this petitioner and H.S.No.165/2008 was also opened. He further submitted that warrant has been received from the Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer for producing the petitioner before the concerned competent authority.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far, the petitioner has not received any notice from the respondent police with regard to the above said submission.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings, if any notice is received by him. 17.03.2023 NCC :
