PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son, namely, Kapilraj, S/o.Kannan, aged about 19/2023, before this Court and set him at liberty. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner, seeking production of her son, namely, Kapilraj, S/o.Kannan, aged about 19 years, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that the detenue has been found and he has been produced before this Court. When we enquired the detenue boy, who is aged about 19 years old, he said that he had been at Chennai for sometime and now, he wants to go with her mother, who is the petitioner and she is also present before this Court and assured that she will take care of the well being of the detenue. 2/4

3.Recording the statement given by the detenue as well as the petitioner, this Court feels that since the detenue has come and he has not been in illegal custody and he wants to go with her mother / petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition can be closed.
