Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of petitioner's husband namely D.Balasubramanian, aged about 33 years before this Court and set him at liberty and pass such further or other orders. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Balasubramanian, husband of the petitioner.

2. Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has taken notice for the respondents. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenu by name Balasubramanian has committed certain offences and consequently, a case has been registered in Crime No.94 of 2015, Sivakasi East Police Station and subsequently remanded to custody and to that effect, certified copy of remand report has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the fact that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody in connection with Crime No.94 of 2015, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
