O R D E R

As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate, the question of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation does not arise at all. The petitioner's request for issuing gun license was already rejected by the original authority as well as the appellate authority. The same has to be questioned in the manner known to law.

2. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
