2.The petitioner's grievance is that even though the case was registered way back in the year 2018, final report is yet to be filed.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5597 of 2020 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that investigation is over and that, they would file final report immediately after the lock down is lifted in full. 4.In these circumstances, I therefore, direct the respondent to file final report within a period of six weeks from today. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed on these terms.
