ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 IPC r/w Section 34 and 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.1989 of 2016 on file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

property of the de facto complainant, the petitioners cheated a sum of Rs.15 lakhs. Due to civil dispute between the petitioners and the de facto complainant, the petitioners threatened him with dire consequences.

4.It is the case of the petitioners that they are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 5.The learned counsel for the Intervenor submitted that the entire amount has already been received from the petitioners. 6.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the defacto complainant has already withdrawn his complaint and referred charge-sheet notice has also been received by him and she would further submit that the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court and they have already complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in the interim anticipatory bail orders.

7.Considering the fact that the petitioner has already paid the entire amount, the interim anticipatory bail already granted is made absolute and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 16/11/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
