O. P. (MD) No. 560/2021 dated 24.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAVI.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.Ganesan, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is completed and final report has also been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the compliance of the earlier condition the prevailing COVID-19 situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
