ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.269 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.269 of 2020 of Peraiyur Police Station, Ramanathapuram District is underway and prayed for two months time to file a final report.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet, as the case may be in Crime No.269 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
