Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DILIP KUMAR N, Advocate for the petitioner in all CRL MPs and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent in all CRL Mps, the court made the following order:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.3381, 3392 & 3424 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. 4.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
