ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 15.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 307, 302 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.67 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute, on 14.07.2016 there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the de facto complainant. The petitioner along with other accused attacked the deceased with stick and thereby caused the death of the deceased.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
