Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son namely Saravanakumar, aged about 22 years before this Court and set him at liberty and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu by name Saravanakumar, Son of Kalimuthu (petitioner).

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detenu has involved in Crime No.27 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 342, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, arrested and remanded to custody.

3. In order to support the contention urged on the side of the respondents, a certified copy of remand report has been submitted wherein it has been clearly stated that the detenu has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been arrested and remanded to custody in connection with Crime No.27 of 2015. under the said circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
