ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for R1 and R2. 2.The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner's son ran away with the third respondent in the year 2018. It appears that the petitioner's son ran away from the third respondent. Therefore, the third respondent has given a complaint against not only her husband but also against the petitioner. It appears that the case is pending at the CSR stage.

3.I am therefore of the view that interest of justice will be served by issuing the following directions:- (I) The second respondent will issue summons in writing, if he wants to enquire the petitioner. There cannot be any oral summon for attending enquiry.

(II) If the second respondent registers any FIR, the petitioner will be given due notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.
