ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.30398 of 2023 at the instance of the third respondent adequately protects the petitioner's right. The petitioner can very well give objection and before conducting survey, the Tahsildar has to necessarily consider the same. If the petitioner's objections are over-ruled, a speaking order has to be passed. Thereafter, six weeks window period must be given and thereafter, if the petitioner is not able to obtain any restraint order from the jurisdictional Civil Court or this Court, survey can be conducted and not otherwise.
