Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent. Issuance of notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader confirms that the petition mentioned survey numbers have been classified as "Vaari". We direct the first respondent to maintain the character of Vaari as such. No encroachment therein shall be permitted.
