Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's daughter namely Mareesh, Daughter of Duraipandi, aged about 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty and pass such further or other orders.

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu by name Mareesh, aged 19 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Parthibanur Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition is liable to be dismissed.
