2. Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents.

3. The Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2018 for accepting their 'Vari' and permitting Kayavayal, Kalipuli and Manappatti Villagers to participate in the Sri Mayandi Ayyanar and Sri Kaliyamman Temple scheduled on 01.05.2018 and 02.05.2018 for establishing communal harmony within the stipulated time.

4. Though the petitioner seeks a direction for a larger relief, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that petitioner would limit his prayer to one, seeking consideration of representation dated 25.04.2018.

5. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents seeks time towards consideration of the representation.

6. Accordingly, the Writ petition shall stand disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2018, solely on merits and pass orders in accordance with law on or before 30.04.2018.
