This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute pertaining to the property of the petitioner and not to harass him under the guise of enquiry.

3. Mr.S.Ayyappan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Sudhamalli Police Station, Tirunelveli District, is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Paramasivathevar against the petitioner, a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.41 of 2017 has been conducted and the same has been closed as civil in nature on 21.02.2017.
