Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned standing counsel brings to my notice the order dated 11.08.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.13023 of 2022. The petitioner herein had filed this writ petition seeking some relief now sought for. The said writ petition was partly allowed. Therefore, the present writ petition may not really survive.

3. The respondent is directed to comply with the direction made in W.P. (MD)No.13023 of 2022. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
