ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the respondents against the accused persons; however, no action has been taken on the same till date.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondents have not received any such complaint.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of one week. On receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders 2/4

in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of.
