ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested on 31.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.320 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute between the petitioners and the de facto complainant, the de facto complainant consumed poison.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, and on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. sd/- 14/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
