ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action as against the respondents 3 to 6 by conducting an enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 28.12.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had registered a case and for the same, enquiry is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD).No.6116 of 2022 3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
4.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the voracity of the allegations and accordingly, register a FIR as against the accused persons within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
