This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2349 of 2017 in C.C.No.2 of 2010, on the file of the learned Special Judge for TNPID Act cases, Madurai dated 04.03.2021.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
