ORDER

The petitioner, with an allegation that the official respondents are harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner herein only lodged a complaint as against the private respondents herein and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.P4/NDis/120/SDOVKM/TUT/2024 and the second respondent called the petitioner as well as the counter parties for enquiry. Further, he submits that no case has been registered so far.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner shall not be harassed in the name of enquiry.
