ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under section 406 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that FIR has been registered in this case in Crime No.16 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC before the District Crime Branch, Tanjore.

3.Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
