ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Asaithambi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Sarvaganprabhu, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to set aside the order passed in CRP(MD) No.1591 of 2017 on 11.03.2022. 2.Today(16.06.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
